Return Policies

  • All customer order returns will be accepted by Klare Art & Design, as long as the order in question is return shipped within 14 business days from the date the customer initially received the delivery.

  • In addition to any orders being returned, the customer must include a printed copy of the order receipt.

  • Unless the contents of an order were damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer’s order is lost or damaged during the course of shipping, the customer must notify Klare Art & Design - via e-mail. Once notified, and pending the availability of the item/items in question, Klare Art & Design will ship out a replacement of the customer’s order within 3 to 4 business days. If any replacements are currently out of stock, Klare Art & Design will notify the customer as to when the particular item/items will be available. In the event of the customer requesting a replacement, due to damage, Klare Art & Design will pay for the shipping cost of the new order.

  • If the customer chooses a full refund for the returned item/items, instead of an exchange, Klare Art & Design will notify the customer upon receiving the returned items - via e-mail - and issue the refund within 24 hours.
